Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Painter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both Residential and commercial painting, having knowledge of drywall installation and repair is also valued. This role requires proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as a solid understanding of the steps of site preparation and clean up. The Painter/Laborer will work on diverse projects, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to safety standards.

Duties

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed. Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment to achieve a smooth finish. Perform restoration tasks on existing structures to maintain quality and aesthetics. Utilize time management skills to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during painting and reparation tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements

experience in residential painting, commercial painting, or related fields. Strong skills in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade. Knowledge of caulking/patching techniques and construction painting practices. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
