Job Description

Job Purpose

Responsible for cutting in and painting walls then installing trim including window build outs, casing and baseboard. Must have an eye for final touch ups and be skilled at finishing techniques. Attention to details is a must for this role.

Duties and Responsibilities

Could involve one or more of the following tasks:

Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Ability to work in a team environment contributing to effective production goals. Identify and report faulty equipment, damage, and safety concerns to supervisor immediately. Strong safety mindset with the ability to perform all duties with a high degree of safety consciousness. Might be asked to assist with other shop duties

Qualifications

Hardworking self-starter with a strong work ethic Be able to take instruction well and follow directions. Team Player Strong working discipline and attendance record

Working Conditions

Plant conditions and loud noises.

Essential Job Function Requirements

May require heavy lifting up to 50lbs, extended periods of standing, active movement required, and must be able to work with hands.

Salary: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
