Position Overview:

We're looking for motivated Painting Laborers to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with little to no painting experience who want to learn a skilled trade. You'll work alongside our experienced painters and crew leads, assisting with prep work, clean-up, and learning hands-on painting techniques.

What We're Looking For:

Little Painting experience - just a willingness to learn and work hard Must be fluent in English (spoken and written) Must have reliable

vehicle

Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-minded Bonus if you already own

basic painting tools

Responsibilities:

Assist with job site setup and cleanup Perform sanding, taping, masking, and other prep work Support painters with materials and equipment Learn painting techniques (brushing, rolling, spraying) Follow safety procedures and company standards
