We manage residential properties in Burlington & Oakville.

We are offering a full time position at our Burlington and Oakville location. Your duties will consist of a variety of minor maintenance, drywall repairs and painting for our residential properties. Interested individuals are welcome to email their resume.

Drywall repairs

Painting

Minor building maintenance inside and outside

Requirements:

Keen eye for detail

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Provide general assistance to maintenance staff

Hours: 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

Experience in construction painting Proficiency in drywall and restoration work Strong skills in residential and commercial painting Knowledge of carpentry and the use of hand tools Excellent time management and customer service skills

Pay: From $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
