exterior and interior painting, surface preparation, and working in a team-oriented environment.

Job Responsibilities

------------------------



Prepare and paint

residential & commercial properties

Sand, scrape, caulk, and power wash surfaces before painting Work with a team to complete projects efficiently and professionally Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean worksite Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers

What We Look For

Strong work ethic and reliability Willingness to learn - No experience required, training provided Comfortable working on ladders and in outdoor conditions Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
