What you'll bring

Provincial Property Management manages various healthcare and commercial properties across Prince Edward Island. We are an exciting and ever-expanding organization; we are looking for a Painter/general laborer to join our team.

Proven experience as a painter Excellent knowledge of painting materials, including how to select, mix and apply them Familiarity with painting tools and materials Strong time management skills to ensure tasks are completed on schedule Basic math skills Ability to work on ladders and scaffolding Excellent attention to detail

How You'll Spend Your Time

Applying paint or other materials such as stains lacquer or varnish using brushes, rollers or spray equipment Make on-site preparations such as building scaffolding, covering fixtures etc. Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, removing old paint Fill cracks and holds with appropriate material Mix paint and other materials to prepare the proper color or texture General maintenance and repairs as assigned by supervisor. Calculate costs and negotiate prices
