Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plasterer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various plastering techniques and a strong background in construction. This role involves working on both residential and commercial projects, ensuring high-quality finishes and customer satisfaction. The Plasterer will be responsible for applying plaster, restoring surfaces, and collaborating with other trades to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities

Apply plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces according to specifications Prepare surfaces by cleaning, caulking, and applying necessary treatments before plastering Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements Collaborate with carpenters, painters, and other construction professionals to ensure seamless project execution Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks Perform restoration work on damaged plaster surfaces Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding project progress

Requirements

Proven experience in plastering or related construction fields Proficiency in construction painting techniques for both residential and commercial projects Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding of schematics Familiarity with rigging, carpentry, caulking, and time management practices Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship Join our team as a Plasterer where your skills will contribute to creating beautiful spaces while working in a supportive environment. Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
