Position Overview

As a Painter with Quality Edge Painting, you will be responsible for completing interior and exterior finishes using industry-standard techniques while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized job site.

Key Responsibilities

Complete a variety of paint applications including spraying, brushing, rolling, and staining on commercial & residential projects Protect floors, furnishings, windows and other surfaces; perform thorough surface preparation before finishing Apply primers, paints, stains and coatings efficiently and according to project specifications Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper use of PPE and adherence to written Safe Work Procedures Work confidently at heights using step ladders, extension ladders and aerial lifts when required

A positive attitude, reliable work habits, and openness to learning new techniques and internal processes Professional communication with clients, supervisors, and co-workers; strong customer service mindset Previous professional painting experience (2+ years preferred, but we will train strong candidates) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Smartphone with active data plan for schedules, job notes, and communication

Compensation & Benefits

Full-time, permanent employment Competitive hourly pay:

$17.00 - $30.00 per hour

(based on experience and skill) Vacation pay

Painting: 2+ years preferred (training available for qualified applicants)
