Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques. This role involves working on residential, ensuring high-quality finishes and customer satisfaction. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and maintaining tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections. Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks including caulking. Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner while adhering to safety standards. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service throughout the project. Maintain an organized workspace and properly care for tools and equipment.

Skills

Proficient in painting techniques with experience in residential. reading and schematic interpretation. Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Knowledge of rigging techniques as it pertains to painting projects is a plus. Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines efficiently. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
