Job Summary

:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in commercial painting.

Responsibilities

:

Scraping, sanding, patching, and power washing surfaces to ensure proper adhesion of the paint. Using various tools like brushes, rollers, spray guns and ladders safely and efficiently. Apply paints, coatings and other finishes to interiors/exteriors of commercial buildings. Operate Aerial Boom Lift to paint exterior buildings while adhering to personal protective equipment regulations. Manage time sufficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards. Maintain open communication with our staff and Owner regarding job deficiencies and completions.

Skills

& Qualifications:

Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Proficiency in commercial painting techniques and practices. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools relevant to construction tasks. Ability to restore surfaces effectively, ensuring a polished final product. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. Experience in industrial painting is a plus but not required. Preference will be given to candidates with Boom Lift experience and/or their own painting supplies.

Bonuses will be given for large-scale projects!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
