We specialize in property maintenance, unit turnovers, and professional painting services for residential, commercial, and strata clients. We are looking for experienced and detail-oriented painters to join our crew and deliver top-quality work.

Position Summary

We are seeking professional

Painters

who can perform high-quality interior and exterior painting, both for quick-turnover rental units and detailed custom jobs. If you take pride in clean lines, efficient prep, and a flawless finish, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Interior and exterior painting (walls, ceilings, trims, doors, siding, etc.) Prepare surfaces: sanding, caulking, patching, priming Operate brushes, rollers, and sprayers Masking and site protection to prevent damage and mess Maintain clean and organized job sites Accurately estimate time and material needs Communicate clearly with clients and team leads

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of professional painting experience Knowledge of paint types, finishes, and surface compatibility Excellent cutting and rolling techniques Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Able to work independently or on a team Must have basic tools (tool list can be provided)

Nice to Have

Experience with strata or commercial projects WHMIS or Fall Protection Certification Spray gun experience a plus Cutting and Rolling experience Prep Experience Be Fast and Efficient
