We are a small company that paints high-end, custom homes... No renovations!

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare walls and other surfaces before painting

- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or sprayers

- Match colors for touch-ups and complete detailed work

- Follow schematics and blueprints to determine the layout of the painting

- Restore surfaces by sanding, priming, and finishing as needed

- Utilize power tools for preparation and finishing work

- Caulk gaps and ensure surfaces are ready for painting

Skills:

- Proficiency in drywall repair and preparation

- Experience in industrial painting techniques

- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients

- Skilled in time management to meet project deadlines

- Strong customer service skills to address client needs
