We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both residential and industrial painting, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction. This role requires proficiency in various painting techniques, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring a clean and professional finish.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching as necessary. Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Perform drywall repairs and restoration tasks to ensure surfaces are ready for painting. Use hand tools effectively to complete various tasks related to painting and finishing. Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service throughout the project. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment while using industrial equipment.

Skills

Proficiency in residential painting techniques and methods. Experience with industrial painting processes is a plus. Strong knowledge of drywall installation and repair techniques. Ability to use hand tools effectively for various carpentry tasks. Familiarity with caulking methods for sealing gaps and joints. Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
