Overview

Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter. Experience in both residential and commercial painting. This role requires a commitment to quality work and the ability to prepare surfaces. The Painter will work on various projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, patching, sanding, caulking and apply primer as needed. Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Use hand tools effectively to complete tasks such as caulking and touch-ups. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are stored properly. Follow safety protocols at all times while working on-site or using equipment.

Requirements

Ability to commute. Own transportation and Valid drivers license is a plus. Eager to learn different technics. Provide basic painting hand tools Provide experience in construction painting. Strong time management skills to meet deadlines without compromising quality. Basic knowledge with residential painting techniques. Ability to prepare surfaces effectively, ensuring high-quality finishes. Experience using various hand tools related to painting. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Experience using paint sprayers effectively is a plus.
