Are you a beginner painter with 1-2 years of experience looking to take the next step? We're looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals who are ready to learn and grow in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with surface preparation (sanding, scraping, cleaning, patching) Apply paint, stain, and other finishes under supervision Help maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites Support the team with tools and material setup Learn industry techniques and best practices on the job Provide friendly and professional customer service

What You Bring to the Team

1-2 years of residential or commercial painting experience Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced painters Basic knowledge of tools and painting materials A strong work ethic and attention to detail Good communication skills and a team-first attitude Reliable transportation and basic painting tools (we provide specialized equipment)

Work Schedule
