Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and coachable individual to join our team as a painter. While prior painting experience is a plus, we are open to candidates who are eager to learn and have a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will be willing to receive training and guidance and will be passionate about developing their painting skills. The painter will work closely with our team, following instructions and maintaining a positive and collaborative approach. Attention to detail, a keen eye for colour and design, and a willingness to learn are essential for this role.

• Preparing a surface to be painted (cleaning, puttying, scraping, and sanding)
• Applying paint to different surfaces such as stucco, flashing, wood siding, etc.
• Using different tools to apply different painting techniques such as (Brushing, rolling, spraying, etc.)
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment by following all the safety protocols and using appropriate protective equipment when necessary.
• Maintain a positive attitude on the job site, and communicate everything with your supervisor.
• Provide amazing Customer Service by keeping great communication skills, addressing any of the client\xe2\x80\x99s concerns, answering their questions, etc.

• Able to work full-time throughout the summer.
• Must have a Vehicle/Transportation to commute.
• Manual labour and ladder work will be required on jobs.
• lives in Edmonton/neighbouring cities.
• Ages 16+
