We are currently looking for a Finishing Painter to join our team. Under the supervision of the Team Leader, the selected candidate will be responsible for applying stain or paint to wood using a spray gun, ensuring the color matches the sample and the finish meets our quality standards.
What You'll Do
Mix and prepare stain or paint to match the desired color;
Apply paint or stain using a spray gun, following quality standards;
Inspect parts for defects and ensure a flawless finish;
Participate in various tasks within the finishing and manufacturing department;
Maintain a clean and safe work environment;
Perform any other related finishing tasks as needed.

Requirements
AEC in industrial painting or DEP in furniture finishing preferred, or equivalent experience;
Experience using a paint or stain spray gun (an asset);
Good color recognition and ability to match tones;
Ability to perform physical and repetitive tasks;
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured production environment.
