What will I be doing?

The Painter is to maintain and repair painted, wall covered, stained and varnished surfaces of building structure, and equipment throughout the facility in order to project a neat and well-maintained appearance. This Team Member will be required to prepare paint surfaces, measure lengths and quantities and assist areas for repair, mix paint colors to match existing colors and apply paint to all building and equipment surfaces with brushes, rollers and spray guns. This Team Member will be required to climb ladders, scaffolds and use a lift to reach heights up to 30 feet. The Painter will also hang vinyl, paper, and fabric and foil wall coverings, and prepare and maintain wood surfaces requiring staining, varnishing and lacquering.

Skills

Minimum 1 year of previous professional experience as a Painter Knowledge of Latex, Acrylics, and Oil Paints both interior and exterior Strong guest service skills Superb communication and interpersonal skills Positive and professional attitude

Requirements

Must be able to complete a Criminal Background Check to the hotel's satisfaction.
