Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of professional painting experience Interested in possibly growing into Project Manager role Strong knowledge of painting materials, tools, and techniques Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality work Physical stamina to handle ladders, scaffolding, and repetitive tasks Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

:

Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, cleaning, and filling holes and cracks Apply primers, paints, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment Ensure clean lines and smooth finishes Protect furniture, flooring, and other surfaces from paint spills Collaborate with clients and team members to meet project requirements and deadlines Clean up job sites Adhere to safety guidelines and company protocols

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
