Job Description

Urban Construction Limited is seeking a skilled and dependable Painter to join our team. The successful candidate will prepare surfaces, apply paints and coatings, and ensure high-quality finishes on walls, ceilings, and other structures while adhering to safety standards and maintaining a clean work environment.
Education : 1 Year or 2 years Diploma Required
Experience : 1 year to less than 2 years Required

Job Requirements:

Job Responsibilities
Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to ensure they are ready for painting or finishing.

Repair cracks, holes, and imperfections in walls and other surfaces.

Mix paints to achieve the desired color, texture, and consistency.

Advise clients on color selection and appropriate wall coverings or finishes.

Apply paints, wallpapers, stains, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.

Protect furniture, fixtures, and flooring during painting or finishing work.

Inspect completed work to ensure high-quality standards and proper finishing.

Equipment and machinery experience
Brush painting
Roller painting

Key Qualifications

Strong attention to detail with the ability to distinguish between colors accurately.

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including bending, crouching, and kneeling.

Capable of working efficiently under physically challenging conditions.

Client-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Flexible, reliable, and dependable in meeting work requirements.

Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
