Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Painters to join our team. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying paints and finishes, and delivering high-quality work in residential and light commercial settings. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows instructions carefully, and can work efficiently both independently and as part of a crew.

This is hands-on, physical work that requires attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Duties

Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, patching, and priming Apply paint, stain, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers Protect client property with drop sheets, tape, and proper masking Perform interior and exterior painting projects Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times Communicate with team members and supervisors on job progress Ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction
Requirements

Previous painting experience is an asset but not required Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to perform physical labour for extended periods Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines Reliable transportation to and from job sites Professional attitude when working in client homes
