Position Overview

We are seeking Painters to join our Kingston crews for the upcoming season. No prior professional painting experience is required. The ideal candidate is dependable, willing to learn, and takes pride in quality work and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, scraping, and priming Apply paint and finishes using brushes and rollers Perform touch ups and final walkthroughs to ensure quality standards are met Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Strong communication skills with homeowners and team members Ability to manage time effectively and meet daily production goals Customer focused mindset Willingness to learn new skills and take feedback
