Tasks
---------Calculate crane capacities Load, unload and transport construction materials Measure weight to prepare for rigging and hoisting Read blueprints to determine work requirements Clean and lubricate cranes Operate pile driving cranes to drive pilings into earth to provide support for buildings and other structures Operate gantry cranes to load and unload ship cargo at port side Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites Operate bridge or overhead cranes to lift, move and place plant machinery and materials Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs Operate cranes mounted on boats or barges to lift, move and place equipment and materials Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
Experience
