Overview

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both commercial and industrial painting, demonstrating a strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in various environments. Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary. Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Read and interpret schematics and project specifications to determine the appropriate materials and techniques. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete painting tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards and regulations. Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project progress and any issues that arise. Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines without compromising quality.

Experience

Must have experience working in pre-construction residential homes. Proven experience in commercial painting or industrial painting is preferred. Familiarity with various painting techniques and materials is essential. Ability to use hand tools and power tools proficiently. Strong time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients. Experience in carpentry is a plus, enhancing the ability to prepare surfaces adequately for painting tasks.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

10 hour shift 12 hour shift 4 hour shift 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Weekends as needed
