Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques and a strong understanding of construction and restoration processes. This role involves working on residential, commercial, and industrial projects, ensuring high-quality finishes and customer satisfaction.

Duties

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed Apply paint, stain, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements Perform restoration work on existing structures to enhance their appearance Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Execute caulking and carpentry tasks as part of the painting process Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards

Experience

Proven experience in construction painting, residential painting, commercial painting, or industrial painting Familiarity with rigging techniques for safe operation at heights or in challenging environments Strong time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members Ability to read blueprints and schematics is a plus
