Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of painting techniques and the ability to work with various materials. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring high-quality finishes on a variety of projects. The Painter will collaborate with other team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Duties

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections. Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment, ensuring even coverage and high-quality finishes. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively during the painting process. Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure it meets quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members on fabrication and assembly tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Painter or in a similar role is preferred. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
