We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at Sudbury Apartment Rentals. In this role, you will be responsible for painting projects across our residential properties.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting by prepping, sanding, and priming as necessary. Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Ensure high-quality workmanship by following industry standards and safety protocols. Perform touch-ups and repairs as needed to maintain a polished appearance. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Requirements

Proven experience in residential. Strong knowledge of various painting techniques and materials. Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively. Good communication skills for interacting with team members and clients. Customer service-oriented with a focus on quality work.

Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
