We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join our painting team. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn a trade, works well with their hands, and takes pride in quality work. No previous painting experience is required--on-the-job training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, patching, masking)
Paint interior and/or exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
Set up and clean work areas before and after jobs
Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and on time
Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
Requirements:
No prior painting experience required
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to perform physical tasks (standing, lifting, climbing ladders)
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Positive attitude and professionalism on job sites
