Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Painter/Coater to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support our manufacturing operations. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. As a Painter/Coater, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
Please note this position is primarily a painter/coater of finished wood products and not a carpentry position. Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job areas. Load and unload materials and equipment as needed. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
Previous experience in coating applications is beneficial but not necessary. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical labor for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed. A valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
