Role Description

We are hiring experienced

Painters

to work on multiple projects inside our production facility.

Duties:

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed. Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Ensure smooth and even coatings, addressing drips, streaks, and inconsistencies. Perform touch-ups and final finishes, including caulking and sealing. Follow project specifications and safety guidelines for all painting tasks. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored at the end of each shift. Assist in inspections and quality control processes. Manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Required Experience:

2-5 years

of professional painting experience in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. Skilled in the

safe use of painting tools and equipment

, including sprayers, rollers, and brushes. Ability to work efficiently while maintaining

high-quality standards

. Strong

attention to detail

and ability to produce clean, professional finishes. Ability to work from ladders & scissor lifts. Physically capable of

lifting up to 50 pounds

. Strong

verbal communication

and ability to follow instructions.

Flexible and willing to work long hours

if required.

Location:

This role is based at our 135,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in

Crossfield, Alberta

, located 20 minutes north of Calgary. Strategically positioned near a High Load Corridor, we can transport loads up to 9 meters high to various parts of Alberta, Saskatchewan, BC, and the United States. Our employees reside in Calgary, Airdrie, and surrounding communities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
