Overview

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques and a strong understanding of construction and restoration processes. This role involves working on residential, commercial, and industrial projects, ensuring high-quality finishes and customer satisfaction. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and maintaining tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and caulking as necessary Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project requirements Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding project progress and requirements Follow safety protocols while working on job sites

Experience

Proven experience in construction painting, residential painting, commercial painting, or industrial painting Familiarity with rigging techniques for safe operation in various environments Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to the painting profession Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines efficiently Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively Basic carpentry skills are a plus for addressing surface repairs before painting
