Job Summary:
We are seeking someone to join our team. The ideal candidate will obtain experience in various painting techniques and possess a strong attention to detail.

Duties:
- Prepare surfaces for painting such as scraping, sanding, and filling holes
- Apply paint or other finishes to different surfaces including walls, ceilings, doors, and cabinets
- Mix paints to achieve desired colors and textures
- Use brushes, rollers, or spray guns to paint surfaces
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

Experience:
- Experience in commercial painting projects
- Proficiency in carpentry work for minor repairs and preparation
- Ability to read blueprints for project specifications
- Knowledge of drywall installation and repair techniques
- Skill in caulking and sealing surfaces
- Familiarity with rigging equipment for working at heights
- Customer service skills for interacting with clients during projects
- Ability to restore surfaces to their original condition
