Your Role and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Ensure paint line process is kept within process parameters
Daily handling of paint line chemicals, including lab testing
Maintain filter beds, change bag filters as appropriate flush ultra-filters as appropriate schedule, coordinate, and perform tank dumps and perform initial tank charges
Forklift operation and chemical transport/handling
Ensure E-coat rack maintenance is completed
Ensure correct part identification
5S responsibilities of assigned areas
Coordinate daily activities and schedules (start, stop, breaks)
Coordinate part loading with daily requirements
Communicate issues to E-coat Coordinator and document accordingly
Assist with and monitor performance tables for paint line team
Monitor and report out on all customer measurables (Customer Service)
Implement and monitor suggestion system (Opportunities for Improvement)
Adherence to Health and Safety regulations (Knowledge, Educate, Lead)
Be available for PM duties beyond normal shift (weekends)
Be willing to work overtime
All other assigned tasks as needed

Key Requirements:
Grade 12, GED, or equivalent
OJT coating and waste water training at a minimum
Excellent manual dexterity skills
0-3 years of experience in similar role or able to learn
Computer efficiency skills in all required areas
