Job Description

We are looking for an individual to fill the position of Paint Contractor Sales on our Paint Department team. Excellent customer service skills are a must and retail experience is an asset. Candidate must work well within a team atmosphere. Responsibilities:
-Provide the highest possible level of customer service to all customers and contractors
- Nurture existing contractor relationships and gain new contractor partnerships
- Learn and utilize all aspects of our Point Of Sale system
- Restock, audit, and merchandise inventory as needed
- Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area/store
- Provide support to the Management team with various tasks as needed
- Work with the Paint Department Manager to reach sales goals Requirements:
- Experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Windows, MS Excel, and MS Word
- Experience in paint is an asset but not mandatory
- A team player with the ability to multi-task within a retail environment
- Ability to remain individually productive
- Ability to lift 35 pounds, and climb up and down ladders About Us:
