We believe in giving you the opportunities to grow and be challenged in your role as a Cleaner and Supervisor of other Labourers in cleaning paint booths. Located on the Langley / Surrey border, our team is looking for someone to join us that has at least 1 year working around paint booths and has a desire to become a crew lead. We would discuss your strengths and have an open conversation about what works best for you as an individual, and for us as a company. You will need to have excellent and clear spoken English for this role. The vision for our company is such that we want you to learn and grow with us, while having time with your friends and family. This means that you will work most of the time close to home, travelling for work only 10% of the time. We will sponsor you in opportunities for training from our suppliers and other training. Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting highly preferred
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience
- Able to stand, kneel, and bend for long periods of time. Lifting, carrying and pulling equipment of various size, shape, and weight
- Able to climb ladders and stairs without difficulty.
- Valid driving licence with clean driver\xe2\x80\x99s abstract
- Cleaning activity/handling solid and hazardous (occasionally) waste in an automotive manufacturing facility.
- Using solvents, high pressure washing up to 40,000 psi
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming.
- Perform other specialized paint booth cleaning jobs such as scraping paint off fan blades.
- Confined space entry procedures for safe entry into confined space areas needing to be cleaned.
- Supervising other members of the crew, communicating clearly to clients.
- Hours: Wednesday to Sunday each week \xe2\x80\x93 full time.
