Job Summary

Tamarack is the Canadian leader in the manufacture of mobile glycol heating systems for use in the construction, oil & gas, and insect remediation markets through the Heat-King and Heat-Assault brands. www.heat-assault.com and www.heat-king.ca.

In support of our growth, we are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our production team on the evening shift as Paint & Assembly Technician. The successful candidate will have a can-do attitude and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities

Perform powder coating, wet painting, and finishing operations on metal parts and assemblies. Operate sandblasting equipment to prepare surfaces for coating. Assemble parts and components according to specifications and drawings. Inspect finished work for quality, consistency, and adherence to safety standards. Maintain equipment and keep work areas clean and organized. Follow all company safety procedures and policies. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience with powder coating, painting, sandblasting, or related finishing work preferred. Ability to read and follow instructions, work orders, and safety guidelines. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Monday to Friday: 2:30PM - 11 PM

Types: Full-time,

Salary: $20 per hour + $2 Evening premium
