, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, social media platforms, and other digital marketing channels. You will also work on automating marketing workflows and refining customer acquisition and retention strategies. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital advertising, data analysis skills, and experience with email marketing and automation tools.
Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) to improve key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, and overall ROI.
Develop and manage paid advertising strategies for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
Set up and optimize email marketing campaigns, including automation, segmentation, and A/B testing to enhance engagement and retention.
Implement and manage marketing automation workflows to streamline lead nurturing, customer onboarding, and retention processes.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate reports to measure ad performance, track conversions, and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven strategies that align with overall marketing objectives and business goals.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to ensure campaigns remain competitive and innovative.
Assist in setting up and managing customer onboarding processes, including coordinating onboarding meetings for new clients.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns and paid social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot) and experience in setting up automations and workflows.
Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to analyze and optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, CPA, and ROAS.
Experience in developing and executing customer onboarding processes is a plus.
Knowledge of AI tools for digital marketing or a strong willingness to learn and apply AI-based solutions is considered a significant bonus. Includes, but not limited to, GoHighLevel, AI tools for Ad creatives, and Zapier.
Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take initiative in improving campaign performance and marketing strategies.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
