Job Description



Our private college is looking for an experienced and results-driven Paid Media Manager to lead our digital advertising efforts. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective paid media strategies to enhance our college\'s visibility, attract prospective students, and elevate our online presence. Area of expertise includes Google Analytics, Social Media Ads, SEO, SEM, CRO, and PPC, lead generation, forecasting and budgeting.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with the college\'s enrollment and branding goals.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bings Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI, ensuring efficient allocation across various campaigns and platforms.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of paid media campaigns. Provide regular insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify and target key audience segments through market research and data analysis, ensuring campaigns resonate with prospective students.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including admissions, marketing, and creative, to ensure alignment and cohesion in messaging and branding across all paid media channels.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that showcase the unique value proposition of our college.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, new advertising platforms, and best practices to maintain a cutting-edge approach in our paid media efforts. Area of expertise includes Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, CRO, and PPC, lead generation, forecasting and budgeting.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Paid Media Manager in the education sector, private college or a related industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in marketing for higher education. Results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving enrollment goals.

Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 hours per week
Work Location: Onsite
