Paid Media Buyer
who thrives on performance-driven strategy, creative execution, and big-budget optimization. If you're passionate about digital advertising and want your work to make a real difference in the clean energy space, we want to meet you.
What You'll Do
Strategically manage and optimize digital ad campaigns with a
daily spend of up to $3,500
across
Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
and
Google Ads
platforms.
Develop complete advertising campaigns, including ad copywriting, visual and video creative, and landing page strategy.
Execute
lead generation campaigns
designed to attract high-quality leads and maximize ROI (note:
traffic or app download campaigns do not qualify
).
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Use data visualization tools such as
Google Data Studio
or
Looker
to present campaign metrics to stakeholders.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad placements, targeting strategies, and landing pages to improve performance.
Identify new media opportunities, tools, and platforms to expand reach and efficiency.
Collaborate with internal content creators and external agencies to develop engaging visuals, videos, and ad copy.
Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, digital marketing trends, and competitor activity.
Implement and manage
conversion tracking, pixels, and tag setups
to ensure accurate performance tracking.
What You Bring
Expertise in both Meta and Google Ads is required.
Minimum 2 years of experience
running
lead generation campaigns
(not traffic or app download campaigns).
Proven experience independently managing ad budgets
over $1,000
per campaign.
Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize
large daily budgets
efficiently.
Strong analytical skills and experience using
Google Data Studio
,
Looker
, or similar tools.
Experience in creative campaign development, including messaging, visuals, and video coordination.
Deep understanding of audience targeting, funnel strategy, bidding models, and performance-based optimization.
Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
Hands-on experience with creative tools (e.g.,
Adobe Suite
).
Experience in the
solar or renewable energy
industry is a strong asset.
