You will be responsible for creating innovative ad content that captures attention, drives engagement, and leads to conversions, while continuously optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) with monthly budgets exceeding $50K.
Develop creative and unique content strategies for ads, focusing on lead generation for insurance products.
Craft engaging ad copy, visuals, and video content that resonates with our target audience.
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting options.
Track and report campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with the overall brand strategy.
Continuously optimize campaigns to increase ROI, lower CPA, and scale campaigns efficiently.
Stay updated on the latest trends in paid advertising, content creation, and insurance marketing.
Qualifications:
Experience managing large-scale PPC campaigns.
Proven experience working with a $50K+ monthly ad spend.
Demonstrated ability to create engaging, out-of-the-box ad content (copy, visuals, video, etc.).
Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and display networks.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking and reporting tools.
Experience in insurance or financial services marketing is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
