QUALIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:

High School Diploma required Able to follow direction and work independently Basic math skills to calculate production quantities and quality measurements Ability to work well under pressure Highly flexible with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment Ability to work different shifts, days, afternoons, midnights Require excellent attendance in lean manufacturing environment Valid class G Driver's Licence First Aid required
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create and maintain accurate production records Trimming, prepping and packaging large variety of products Prep work of products such as cutting gates, bagging, assemble, label and package products Product trimming using knives Record and report scrap levels to Quality Control and Customer Service Clean up and shift start up/close out duties Work in compliance with the companies' Health and Safety Program and the Occupational Health and Safety Act
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.20-$19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
