• Operate high speed packaging equipment efficiently and safely
• Perform on-line quality control checks
• Prepare and complete all documentation applicable to production
• Ensure package and product quality
• Clean equipment and area before, during, and after shift
• Work in a team-based environment supporting fellow team members in achieving targets and objectives

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience working in a similar role
• Food and Beverage industry experience is considered an asset
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including afternoon and weekend hours
• Unparalleled communication and interpersonal skills
• Effectively communicates with teams and other shifts through logbooks and daily shift meetings
• Strong attention to detail, and an ability to work well both independently and as part a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high demand for production
• Ability to lift 50lbs or more unassisted
• Ability to stand/walk on production floor for duration of shift
