Fastik is a growing label and packaging printing manufacturing company with locations in Canada and the United States which services a diverse customer base. Our products include lidding film, lumber tags, flexible packaging, wicket bags, window labels, and adhesive labels.

We are a dynamic manufacturing company committed to excellence, innovation and food safety. We are seeking an experienced Operator to join our Production operations team.

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have experience with Gonderflex rewinders for Flexographic printing.

Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner Assemble components according to specification Utilize power tools, hand tools, and machinery for production Follow lean manufacturing principes to optimize production processes

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a manufacturing setting preferred Proficiency in operating power tools and machinery Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Basic math skills for measurements and calculations Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus Excellent English communications skills (spoken and written)

Other:

Monday to Thursday, 6:00pm to 5:30am

10-hour shifts Applicants must be legally able to work in Canada and reside in the lower mainland.
