Description:

Reporting mainly to the Plant & Packaging Manager, but also to the Brew Master, you will be responsible for operation of packaging line equipment (various), monitoring the Wastewater System and be involved in plant repair & maintenance. You have practical skills and aptitude, hands-on machine operation experience, and a basic level of electrical & mechanical knowledge.

Responsibilities:

Include (but not limited to):

Pre-operation inspection and setup of various packaging equipment (such as case packer machine, printer, labeler, etc.).

Packaging line Operation, adjustment based on packaging size and format, cleaning, troubleshooting & regular maintenance.

Plant Manager's support in facility maintenance and repairs.

Under supervision, assist in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues on various equipment, including pumps, motors and sensors.

Monitoring Wastewater Treatment System operations and performance.

Follow plant safety, housekeeping, and food-production quality standards.

General Skills

Work independently and exercise good judgement in decision making.

Work through challenges and can adapt to changes on site.

Being comfortable with the physical aspects of the job includes extended periods of standing, bending, twisting, lifting, climbing, etc.
