is currently seeking self-motivated and energetic individuals to join our team as a

Packaging Design Specialist.

The

Packaging Design Specialist

is responsible for designing corrugated packaging solutions, developing samples and production specs, and providing technical support to operations and customers, as required. This role requires a blend of technical skills, creativity, and customer service to ensure high-quality packaging solutions that meet customer needs and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

This is a new team within Master Packaging and the role will evolve over time, but you will be mainly responsible for the following:

Build and modify Specs and provide quotes for new customer requirements Design Corrugated Packaging Operational support on First Time Orders and Quality checks to prevent or resolve customer issues, which may involve customer visits as required Other duties as required

Requirement / Knowledge and Skills:

Experience: Experience in corrugate or paperboard packaging is preferred Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Strong technical skills. Experience with CAD Software and ERP are preferred with a strong attention to detail Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Teamwork: Ability to work well with multiple stakeholders both internal and external to the organization

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$78,127.46 per year
