Packaging Assistant
Job Description
We are a small manufacturing facility located in Vaughan, north of Hwy 7, east of Keele Ave. We make, primarily, liquid products for the Ceramic Industry.
The job duties include:
Pouring, Packaging, Sealing, Labeling, and Boxing the day's production into jugs and jars for re-sale.
Placing packaged goods into inventory for order picking.
Washing and cleaning the machines, pails, and workstation when required.
Will also be required to use the dry glaze mixer when necessary and work in the dry glaze mixing department.
Capable of regularly lifting 20 lbs. and handling up to 70 lbs.
Other Requirements:
Set hours are Mon-Fri 8am-4pm
Read and speak English well
Must have safety shoes
Can get a little messy with clean-up.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.50 per week
Work Location: In person
