Job Duties

  • To manually package the plastic and glass bottles ranging from 50ml to 1000ml in size.
  • Place bottles in an individual carton with insert and package the cartons in shipper, tape the shipper, apply labels and arrange on the skid.
  • Inspect all products for visual defects during packaging process to ensure quality and cGMP compliance.
  • Perform and document the cleaning of packaging areas to ensure readiness for the next usage.
  • Visual acuity (including with corrective lenses) required to check the lot number and bottles for cleanliness.
  • Documentation of all activities performed.
  • Ensures that all work is carried out in compliance with company Safety Policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Data Integrity Practices and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Reports any accidents, incidents and injuries or illnesses immediately and notifies manager of any hazards, unsafe acts, or conditions in the workplace.
Technical/Physical & Behavioural Abilities
  • 1 - 3 years experiences, preferably in a GMP pharmaceutical packaging & manufacturing facility
  • High School Diploma required
  • Good basic math skills
  • Good command of the English Language, verbal, reading and writing.
  • Strong hand & eye coordination manual dexterity, some repetitive movements and standing for long periods.
  • Able to lift and move up to 10lbs and occasionally up to 30lbs.
  • High integrity, team player, flexibility in working overtime, responsible, reliable, with good attention to details, good problem-solving skills.
