The

Package Center Associate

position is responsible for handling package operations, including loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, and sorting. This position requires maintaining safety standards, operating equipment, and delivering excellent customer service.

6:30 AM to 10:30 AM (Monday through Friday)

Wage:

$17.75/Hr.

Key Responsibilities:

Load, unload, scan, sort, and stock packages efficiently Provide outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries Assist customers with shipping needs and offer effective solutions Operate equipment, software, and tools while training others as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Perform other assigned tasks as required

Requirements:

Ability to lift 40 lbs./18 kgs unassisted Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask Strong oral and written communication skills Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Applications and Adobe Suites High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
