Travel Counselor
100% remote
5 Months Contract
Candidates can be anywhere in Canada but must work EST working hours.
***Canada bilingual (ENG/FRE position): French required, Sabre, corporate experience, Tico certified required - Supporting our French team (multi account servicing)***
Successful candidates will have flexible schedule able to work during hours of 8-8pm EST.
If the candidates have a hard stop, not being able to work until 8pm, they will not be selected for an interview.

- Seeking 2 travel counselors, 100% remote, wired internet required, dedicated work space.
This position is 100% remote.
- Candidates can be anywhere in Canada but must work EST working hours.

- For training purposes, the first 3-4 weeks the workers will work around 9-5pm EST.
- Please also ensure the candidates have the capability of setting up a desktop computer and connect with a hardwire for internet.
- WIFI only is not acceptable for the IT requirements.
- There will be a two part interview process via zoom

1 - Canada position: Sabre, corporate experience, customer service oriented, bilingual with French is a plus, not required. Tico certification required. Will support our designated multi-account servicing team.
As a Travel Consultant, you'll join our highly skilled remote team, providing outstanding service to our corporate business clients. What You'll Do
Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers (both individuals and groups)
Conduct analysis and research on travel options, and pro-actively anticipate traveler needs to sell additional services
Arrange and book domestic and international business travel, in a variety of complexity, for air, road, rail, and accommodations
Deep understanding and experience in using GDS system, Sabre.
Ensure compliance to customers' agreed travel policy, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements
Use positive telephone service techniques and act on special customer requests
Collaborate within your team to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to improve service levels

Requirements:
What We're Looking For
Bilingual in French and English. Reading/writing/speaking - Must
3 - 5 years of corporate travel experience.
Passion for excellence in client service, including proactive anticipation of needs
Native GDS expertise Sabre - Must
Professional communication (written and verbal)
Attention to detail
Act with integrity, and look after personal traveler information
Possess a strong understanding of the travel industry (background in business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservation)
Resolving customer issues quickly and independently / with supplier
Teamwork and openness to feedback
