Responsibilities

Create a fluid process that makes for fast and effective deliveries that builds loyalty to Moose Jaw Ford
Ensure detailed new vehicle orientation at the time of delivery
Set up phones, activate FordPass, and review safety, technology, and comfort options.
Provide a welcoming dealership orientation to each guest
Follow up with customers promptly, document the sales process, and fulfill all commitments.
Coordinate and collaborate on a daily basis with sales and service department to plan and prepare deliveries.
Complete used vehicle paperwork and ensure trade-ins are accurately recorded
Mentor new sales team members on customer delivery and presentation skills
Track deliveries by salesperson and report monthly results to management

Qualifications

Class 5 driver's license (required)
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year experience in customer service or automotive industry preferred
Strong communication skills and confidence working with people
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work well under pressure
Comfortable with Excel, Google Docs, and email systems
